During my stay, I explored the nearby Kess Creek Park, which was enjoyable. I appreciated that the room was clean and quiet, allowing for a relaxing environment after a busy day out. However, I did notice some maintenance issues, like the shower head not functioning properly. Overall, it was a decent experience, but it could use a bit more attention to detail.

The room had a comfy bed and was surprisingly clean! The A/C worked like a charm, drying up the humid floors. Plus, the area was decorated just right for the season.
But oh my, the flies were practically auditioning for a horror movie! And let’s not talk about those squishy towels. I've seen better in a thrift shop.

Friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even moving us to another room when we requested it. The swimming pool was a solid perk for a relaxing afternoon.
The grounds could use a bit more upkeep. trash was scattered around, giving it a neglected vibe.

We loved the nearby event showcasing the town's history. Michelle, the manager, was incredibly helpful, securing us the last room during a busy time. The room felt safe and was perfect for our family, including our young baby.
My wife says that the rooms need more regular cleaning.

This was just a nice choice for a brief pit stop in Mayfield with fantastic value for money. The breakfast area had fresh, warm biscuits that were a pleasant surprise. It’s best to arrive early for breakfast since they started packing up early.

missingWrote a review on Jun 18friendly staffconvenient locationpoor cleanlinessunpleasant smellstorm damage
The location is convenient for events, but the hotel is in need of maintenance. The Basic Double Room left much to be desired, as cleanliness was a major concern. debris was found between the beds, and the overall smell was off-putting. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but their efforts were hindered by the condition of the accommodations. Expect only basic food options for breakfast and some visible storm damage that detracts from the overall experience.

Breakfast was a treat with fresh biscuits, gravy, and make-your-own waffles! The pool was a nice escape in the heat, and the room felt clean and comfy after kicking on the A/C.
A manager who wasn’t even on-site nearly soured the stay for me, insisting on illegal fees for my service animal and acting like a ghost with his camera antics.
